Can I start free?

Yes. Starter is free forever, with one owner, one widget, one Telegram bot, and 100 Theo credits each month.

How much do the paid plans cost?

Pro is $15 per month and Scale is $35 per month. Annual billing is $150 for Pro or $350 for Scale, equivalent to two months free.

Which plan includes email and Theo SRE?

Pro and Scale include customer email. Theo SRE and all eight monitoring connectors are exclusive to Scale. Starter includes grounded support answers through your widget and Telegram.

How do Theo credits work?

One credit covers a customer conversation or a root cause investigation. Included credits refresh monthly, including on annual plans. Playground queries use one credit per query.

What if I need more credits?

Pro credit packs cost $10 per 1,000 credits. Scale packs also cost $10 per 1,000. Pro supports 1,000-credit top-ups per transaction. Purchased credits remain separate from your monthly allocation.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Open Billing in your workspace settings. Existing subscribers can manage their plan through the billing portal.
